- This type of issue happens when you add JavaScript into the content section in admin, in that when you open the content next time for further changes the JavaScript will be removed. For that try adding a JavaScript block into the layout file of your theme.
- For example add JavaScript in phtml file and then call that specific phtml file into default.xml if you want to call that JS code into all pages and if you want that JS into specific page then call phtml block into specific page layout (catalog_product_view , catalog_category_view etc.)
While adding content in admin page, blocks or in product JS is removed
